YourKid Stories is a personalized digital story service for adult parents and legal guardians. The free reader requires no account. Contact: hello@yourkid.co.

What the preview does

A name entered in the preview is used only in the current browser page. It is not sent to our server unless you submit the request form. Only your website language choice is saved locally.

What a request sends

With your consent, the request form sends your email, a child’s first name or nickname, age band, preferred reply language, optional interests and dedication. It also records your consent version, submission time and request reference. Do not submit a surname, exact birth date, school, address, health information or photos.

Purpose, storage and retention

We use these details to respond to your enquiry and, if agreed, prepare your story. The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and enquiry storage. New enquiry records expire from the website’s datastore after 90 days. Records needed for a subsequent paid order or legal obligations may be retained separately as explained at purchase. Hosting providers also process technical network information to deliver and secure the service.

No advertising profiles

We do not sell family details or use the form for marketing subscriptions. The website does not create child accounts or advertising profiles. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive form submissions and expires within two hours. Hashing is a security measure, not a claim that data is anonymous.

AI and family information

The public name preview uses a fixed text template, not an AI service. Writing and illustration may be AI-assisted during commission production. We will agree the production details with you before payment. Do not send sensitive information.

Your choices

Use a nickname, leave optional details blank, or read without submitting anything. You can request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@yourkid.co with your request reference. We may need to verify that you are the requesting adult before sharing or removing information. This notice does not remove any rights provided by applicable law.

Terms

The product

The advertised €39 offer is a personalized digital story: an illustrated Arabic–English reading copy, a printable PDF and a dedication. A printed book, shipping, narration and recurring membership are not included. The free preview changes text only, not the character’s appearance.

Enquiry and agreement

Submitting a form is not a purchase or a reservation of a delivery slot. Before payment, we confirm availability, the exact personalization, delivery date, final price including any applicable taxes and seller/payment details. Work starts only after your agreement and payment. No automatic subscription is created.

Creating the story

We use AI-assisted writing and illustration with human editorial review of commissioned books. Illustration changes, if requested, must be agreed before purchase. Sample art is not represented as a portrait of your child or as hand-painted art.

Family use

Your digital edition is for personal family reading and personal printing. Do not resell or distribute it commercially. Classroom or commercial permissions require a separate agreement.

Reading together

These are imaginative stories, not instructions for children to enter water or take other risks. Please enjoy them with a grown-up. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds

Before you order

There is no charge for an enquiry or the free story. You can choose not to proceed after receiving the details.

Corrections and the YourKid promise

One round of corrections is included in the €39 commission. Contact hello@yourkid.co within 14 days of delivery with your reference and what needs attention. If the story still is not right after that revision, the YourKid promise provides a full refund.

Your legal rights

This promise is additional to any mandatory consumer rights. Any consent relevant to starting personalized work or providing digital content during a withdrawal period must be addressed in the purchase process, not inferred from this enquiry form.

L’aperçu

Le prénom saisi reste dans la page du navigateur. Il n’est transmis que si vous envoyez le formulaire. Seul votre choix de langue du site est enregistré localement.

Les informations transmises

Avec votre consentement, le formulaire envoie votre e-mail, un prénom ou surnom, une tranche d’âge, la langue de réponse, les passions et la dédicace facultatives. Il enregistre aussi la version du consentement, la date et la référence. N’envoyez ni nom complet, date de naissance, école, adresse, données de santé ou photos.

Utilisation et conservation

Ces détails servent à répondre puis, si vous le souhaitez, à préparer le livre. Cloudflare héberge le site et conserve les demandes. Les nouvelles demandes expirent de la base du site après 90 jours. Des documents liés à une commande payée ou à des obligations légales peuvent être conservés séparément selon les informations fournies à l’achat. L’hébergeur traite aussi des données techniques pour fournir et sécuriser le service.

Sans profil publicitaire

Nous ne vendons pas vos informations et le formulaire n’inscrit à aucune liste marketing. Ni comptes enfants ni profils publicitaires. Un identifiant réseau haché limite les abus et expire sous deux heures. Le hachage est une mesure de sécurité, pas une garantie d’anonymat.

IA et informations familiales

L’aperçu utilise un texte préétabli, sans service d’IA. La création d’une commande peut être assistée par l’IA. Les détails de production sont convenus avant le paiement. Ne transmettez pas d’informations sensibles.

Vos choix

Utilisez un surnom, laissez les champs facultatifs vides ou lisez sans rien envoyer. Pour accéder à vos données, les corriger, demander leur suppression ou retirer votre consentement, écrivez à hello@yourkid.co avec votre référence. Nous pouvons vérifier votre identité avant de communiquer ou supprimer des informations. Vos droits légaux restent applicables.

Le produit

L’offre à 39 € comprend une histoire numérique illustrée en arabe et en anglais, un PDF imprimable et une dédicace. Livre imprimé, livraison postale, narration et abonnement sont exclus. L’aperçu gratuit modifie seulement le texte.

La demande et l’accord

Le formulaire n’est ni un achat ni une réservation de délai. Avant paiement, nous confirmons la disponibilité, la personnalisation, la date, le prix final avec les taxes applicables et les informations du vendeur et du paiement. Le travail commence après accord et paiement. Aucun abonnement automatique.

La création

L’écriture et l’illustration peuvent être assistées par l’IA, avec relecture humaine des livres commandés. Toute modification des illustrations doit être convenue avant achat. Les images de démonstration ne sont ni des portraits de votre enfant ni présentées comme peintes à la main.

Usage familial

Votre édition est destinée à la lecture et à l’impression familiales. La revente ou la diffusion commerciale ne sont pas autorisées. L’usage scolaire ou commercial nécessite un accord distinct.

Lire ensemble

Ces histoires sont imaginaires et n’invitent pas les enfants à entrer dans l’eau ou à prendre des risques. À lire avec un adulte. Aucune condition ne limite les droits impératifs des consommateurs.

La demande et l’histoire gratuite sont sans frais. Vous pouvez décider de ne pas commander après réception des détails.

Corrections et promesse YourKid

Une série de corrections est incluse dans la commande à 39 €. Contactez hello@yourkid.co dans les 14 jours suivant la livraison, avec votre référence et les corrections souhaitées. Si l’histoire ne convient toujours pas après cette révision, la promesse YourKid prévoit un remboursement intégral.

Vos droits

Cette promesse s’ajoute aux droits impératifs applicables. Tout consentement nécessaire au début du travail personnalisé ou à la fourniture numérique durant le délai de rétractation doit être recueilli lors de l’achat, et non déduit de ce formulaire.

كيف تعمل المعاينة

يُستخدم الاسم في صفحة المتصفح الحالية فقط. ولا يُرسل إلى خادمنا إلا عند تقديم النموذج. يُحفظ اختيار لغة الموقع محليًا.

ما يرسله الطلب

بموافقتكم، يرسل النموذج بريدكم، والاسم الأول للطفل أو اسم الدلال، والفئة العمرية، ولغة الرد، والاهتمامات والإهداء الاختياريين. ويسجل نسخة الموافقة ووقت الإرسال ومرجع الطلب. لا ترسلوا اسم العائلة أو تاريخ الميلاد أو المدرسة أو العنوان أو المعلومات الصحية أو الصور.

الغرض والتخزين

نستخدم التفاصيل للرد وإعداد الحكاية إن اتفقنا. تستضيف Cloudflare الموقع وتحفظ الاستفسارات. تنتهي صلاحية سجلات الاستفسارات الجديدة في قاعدة الموقع بعد ٩٠ يومًا. قد تُحفظ سجلات الطلبات المدفوعة أو الالتزامات القانونية بشكل منفصل وفق ما يُوضح عند الشراء. تعالج الاستضافة أيضًا معلومات الشبكة التقنية لتقديم الخدمة وحمايتها.

بلا ملفات إعلانية

لا نبيع تفاصيل العائلات ولا نسجلكم في قوائم تسويقية. لا ننشئ حسابات للأطفال أو ملفات إعلانية. نستخدم معرّف شبكة مُجزّأ للحد من إساءة استخدام النموذج، وتنتهي صلاحيته خلال ساعتين. التجزئة إجراء أمني ولا تعني أن البيانات مجهولة الهوية تمامًا.

الذكاء الاصطناعي

تستخدم معاينة الاسم نصًا ثابتًا، وليس خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي. قد نستعين بالذكاء الاصطناعي في الكتابة والرسم أثناء الإنتاج، ونتفق على التفاصيل قبل الدفع. لا ترسلوا معلومات حساسة.

خياراتكم

يمكنكم استخدام اسم دلع أو ترك الحقول الاختيارية فارغة أو القراءة بلا إرسال. لطلب الوصول إلى بياناتكم أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو سحب الموافقة، راسلوا hello@yourkid.co مع مرجع الطلب. قد نتحقق من أنكم الشخص البالغ صاحب الطلب قبل مشاركة المعلومات أو حذفها. تظل حقوقكم القانونية محفوظة.

المنتج

يشمل عرض ٣٩ يورو حكاية رقمية مصوّرة بالعربية والإنجليزية، وملف PDF للطباعة، وإهداءً. لا يشمل كتابًا مطبوعًا أو شحنًا أو تسجيلًا صوتيًا أو اشتراكًا. المعاينة المجانية تغيّر النص فقط.

الاستفسار والاتفاق

إرسال النموذج ليس شراءً أو حجزًا لموعد التسليم. قبل الدفع نؤكد التوفر والتخصيص وموعد التسليم والسعر النهائي شاملاً الضرائب المطبقة وبيانات البائع والدفع. لا يبدأ العمل إلا بعد موافقتكم ودفعكم. لا يوجد اشتراك تلقائي.

إعداد الحكاية

نستعين بالذكاء الاصطناعي في الكتابة والرسم مع مراجعة تحريرية بشرية للكتب المطلوبة. يُتفق على أي تعديل للرسوم قبل الشراء. الرسوم النموذجية ليست صورًا لطفلكم ولا نقدمها على أنها مرسومة يدويًا.

الاستخدام العائلي

النسخة الرقمية للقراءة والطباعة العائلية الشخصية. لا يُسمح بإعادة بيعها أو توزيعها تجاريًا. الاستخدام المدرسي أو التجاري يحتاج اتفاقًا منفصلًا.

القراءة معًا

هذه حكايات خيالية وليست إرشادات لدخول الماء أو خوض المخاطر. استمتعوا بها مع شخص بالغ. لا تحد هذه الشروط من حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية.

التصحيح ووعد YourKid

يشمل طلب ٣٩ يورو جولة واحدة من التصحيحات. تواصلوا مع hello@yourkid.co خلال ١٤ يومًا من التسليم، مع المرجع وما يحتاج إلى تعديل. إذا بقيت الحكاية غير مناسبة بعد هذه الجولة، يشمل وعد YourKid استردادًا كاملًا.

حقوقكم

هذا الوعد يضاف إلى حقوقكم القانونية الإلزامية. أي موافقة لازمة لبدء العمل المخصص أو تسليم المحتوى الرقمي خلال فترة التراجع يجب طلبها عند الشراء، ولا تُستنتج من نموذج الاستفسار.
